
Key Responsibilities:
- Support international FDD / QoE assignments, analyzing financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Identify non-recurring, extraordinary, or non-operational items to calculate normalized EBITDA.
- Review revenue recognition policies, margin sustainability, and expense patterns.
- Prepare working papers, schedules, and QoE reports in line with US GAAP.
- Assist in building and reviewing financial models, projections, and business plans.
- Highlight key financial risks or deal-related issues for client decision-making..
- Support deal execution by providing data-backed insights for valuation, pricing, and structuring.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Educational Background: CA / CPA / CFA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
- Experience: 4-5 years in financial due diligence, audit, or transaction advisory with exposure to international or US clients.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficient in PowerPoint/Word for reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for client interaction.
