Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber Associate Finance Manager to join our rapidly scaling shared mobility platform in Gurugram. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a financial architect, bridging the gap between operational efficiency and long-term strategic growth. You will work closely with the leadership team, cross-functional department heads, and external stakeholders to drive capital allocation decisions and optimize our asset-heavy business model. By translating complex financial data into actionable insights, you will directly influence our market expansion, profitability, and the sustainability of our fleet operations, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the automotive mobility revolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate the lifecycle performance of our vehicle assets, ensuring optimal ROI and capital deployment.
- Lead strategic finance initiatives by conducting deep-dive analysis on unit economics to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth levers.
- Partner with the operations and procurement teams to streamline asset management processes, ensuring accurate tracking and valuation of our mobility fleet.
- Manage complex taxation requirements and regulatory compliance, mitigating financial risks while ensuring the business remains tax-efficient across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive dashboards for senior management to facilitate data-driven decision-making and long-term business planning.
Required Skillset:
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial narratives to non-finance stakeholders and influence senior leadership.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment in Gurugram, balancing independent execution with team collaboration.
- A professional qualification such as CA, MBA (Finance) from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in financial theory and practice.
- 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in finance roles, preferably within the automotive, logistics, or high-growth startup sectors.
