Education:

- Minimum qualification of Undergraduate degree from a reputed university.

- CA / MBA or equivalent qualifications/certifications from a reputed institute preferred.

Experience:

- 2-4 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Risk & Controls or Enterprise Risk Management.

- Experience in BFSI sectors such as wholesale lending, investment banking, asset management, AIFs, wealth management, etc. is preferred.

- Relevant consulting/audit experience with reputed firms would be an added advantage.

Job Description:

- The Enterprise Risk Management Team plays a critical role in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks across the organization.

- We are seeking dynamic, results-driven, and proactive individuals to join our Risk function, where they will play a key role in supporting and advancing the Enterprise Risk Management initiatives.

- The selected candidate will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and monitoring both emerging and existing enterprise risks across the organization. This includes evaluating the impact of incidents on business operations, analyzing current industry trends, and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

- Additionally, the candidate will provide strategic insights to enhance the firm's overall risk management framework, ensuring alignment with best practices and evolving market conditions.

The candidate would be responsible for:

- Supporting the team in designing and maintaining a robust enterprise risk management framework that integrates risk management into all aspects of activities and decision-making processes.

- Promote a risk-aware culture across, fostering an environment where risk identification and reporting are encouraged and valued by individuals in the firm.

- Assist in the identification and assessment of risks across the organisation, considering a wide range of areas including operations, finance, technology, compliance, reputation, and more.

- Support the continuous monitoring and updating of the risk registers and other risk tools.

- Support the team in the development and implementation of strategies to mitigate identified risks, working closely with and supporting relevant stakeholders across the organisation to identify and address specific risks within their areas by way of establishing effective controls and action plans.

- Assist in creating and distributing regular risk assessment reports to senior leadership, providing insights into emerging risks, risk trends, and the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.

- Participate in professional development to stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks that could impact the firm.

- Proactively recommend adjustments to the risk management strategy as needed.

- Undertaking and providing assistance in identification and assessment of internal/external and emerging risks along with potential likelihood and impact gradings. Institutionalizing policies and procedures and monitoring compliance with Enterprise Risk Management policies.

- Facilitating with Risk management concepts around Incident Reporting, Actions Management, Controls Management, Risk Appetite, Risk and Controls self assessment etc.
