Job Title: Associate Director/Manager - Investment Banking - Credit Solutions/Equity Raising/M&A

We are a fast-growing boutique investment advisory firm providing end-to-end financial advisory services across structured credit solutions, private equity fund raising, and M&A transactions. We work closely with promoters, family offices, corporates, NBFCs, and institutional investors to deliver customized capital solutions and strategic advisory mandates.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Associate Director / Manager with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in investment banking or financial advisory. The role involves originating and executing transactions across debt structuring, equity capital raising, and buy side/sell-side M&A mandates.
Professionals currently working with investment banks, boutique advisory firms, PE/VC advisory platforms, or structured finance teams will be given preference.
Transaction Origination & Client Management:
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, promoters, NBFCs, and institutional investors
Identify and originate mandates in:
- Structured debt and credit solutions
- Private equity / growth capital / pre-IPO placements
- M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side)
- Lead client discussions, mandate closures, and engagement structuring
Deal Execution:
End-to-end execution of transactions including:
- Financial modeling and valuation
- Preparation of pitch decks, IM, teasers, and financial projections
- Investor outreach and coordination
- Due diligence management
- Negotiation support and transaction closure
- Coordinate with legal advisors, lenders, investors, and internal teams
Leadership & Team Management:
- Mentor analysts and associates
- Oversee workstreams and ensure timely deliverables
- Contribute to firm strategy and expansion initiatives
Candidate Profile:
10 to 15 years of experience in:
- Investment banking
- Structured finance
- Private equity advisory
- Corporate finance advisory
- Strong track record of closed transactions in debt, equity, or M&A
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent client relationship and negotiation abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to independently originate business
- CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
Key Competencies:
- Deep understanding of capital markets and credit landscape
- Strong investor network (Banks, NBFCs, AIFs, PE Funds, Family Offices)
- Commercial acumen and deal structuring expertise
- Strong presentation and communication skills
