Associate Director - Water Treatment Devices

Responsibilities:

- Lead National operations and scale-up cross multiple states.

- Develop systems and program operations team that are transferrable to the government.

- Lead field teams for program implementation and monitoring.

- Collaborate with procurement team for vetting contractors to purchase water treatment devices.

- Identify and solve contingencies in program implementation.

- Oversee and follow tender and contracting guidelines shared by National and State governments.

Qualifications:

- Technical background in Engineering or Science is preferred.

- Experience in scaling operations teams and programs across multiple states.

- Experience of advising senior business and government leaders.

- Willingness to travel.
