Associate Director, Compliance (UPI & BBPS)

Experience: 5 years of exclusive experience in managing the regulatory compliances for UPI and BBPS products.

Brief profile:

- The position will be responsible for end-to-end compliance oversight across TPAP UPI and BBPS licenses with NPCI, ensuring adherence to applicable Operating Circulars, InfoSec, and risk management directions.

- Key responsibilities will include managing quarterly compliance certifications, periodic testing/ monitoring, regulatory advisory, review of agreements, and preparation of regulatory submissions and Board updates.

- The role will also extend to supporting compliance for additional financial products such as co-branded credit cards, digital lending, and insurance distribution.

- The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong understanding of UPI and BBPS regulatory frameworks, hands-on experience with NPCI circulars, and capability to navigate multi-product compliance landscapes. Proficiency in interpreting regulatory guidelines, conducting compliance reviews, leading remediation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams is essential.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong knowledge of NPCI UPI and BBPS regulations, risk frameworks, and InfoSec guidelines.

- Experience in compliance testing, implementation of regulatory changes, and audit readiness.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Additional exposure to financial products including credit cards, digital lending, and insurance would be a plus point.
