
- We are looking for an experienced and strategic individual to lead a high-priority, enterprise wide initiative focused on Talent Management, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning, Organization Design/Job Architecture and Skill-Based Organization (SBO).
- This role is critical to shaping the future of how we harness skills across teams to stay agile, innovative, and customer centric.
- As a COE SME, you will drive the strategic design, development, delivery and optimization of this large-scale transformation, working cross-functionally across varied stakeholder groups. This is a high-visibility role with direct impact on our organizational agility, talent development, and long-term growth strategy.
You are Responsible for:
- Lead Program Execution: Manage the end-to-end program lifecycle for the Org Design and SBO initiatives-planning, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Talent Review & Succession Planning : Build and execute end to end plan for the same
- Workforce planning: Plan the roadmap for the org starting on this journey. Help Business Units deliver the same.
Drive Cross-Functional Alignment:
- Collaborate with senior leaders across departments to ensure project milestones are met
Facilitate Organization Design Analysis:
- Support external partners in understanding org structures, gaining role clarity, and spans & layers analysis to optimize current architecture
Lead implementation of Skill-Based Organization Strategies:
- Program manage creation of skills architecture, including skill taxonomies, capability frameworks, and integration into workforce planning and talent processes.
Enable Change & Communication:
- Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure adoption of new models across all levels of the business.
Measure and Communicate Impact:
- Define success metrics, track outcomes, and provide executive updates with data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
- Build Workforce planning and building ecosystem readiness of the org
- Work towards ensuring the tech deployment of the Talent processes
