Associate Director - Talent Development - FinTech

We are hiring for one of our major global fintech companies for the search of Associate Director - Talent Development role based out of Hyderabad.

Experience: Someone with 13 to 19 years

Required Skills:

- Design and deliver learning and development (L&D) programs aligned with business objectives and employee needs.

- Develop leadership development initiatives for emerging and existing leaders

- Partner with HRBPs and department leaders to assess development needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Manage performance management processes including goal setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, and feedback loops.
