
Job Summary:
We are hiring a senior Talent Acquisition leader to drive end-to-end hiring for Technology and Business functions. This role will partner closely with senior stakeholders, lead scalable recruitment strategies, and manage high-performing recruitment teams while ensuring strong governance, market intelligence, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Technology and/or Business (Non-Tech) roles across levels
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers on workforce planning and hiring strategy
- Design innovative sourcing strategies using market mapping, competitor analysis, and digital tools
- Drive recruitment process improvement, governance, and change initiatives
- Lead employer branding and non-traditional hiring programs
- Track market trends and provide talent intelligence insights
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 12-20 years of recruitment experience
- Majority experience in Tech OR Non-Tech hiring
- 4-5+ years of people management experience handling recruiter teams
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in sourcing, market intelligence, and competitor mapping
