Associate Director - Talent Acquisition - Healthcare RCM Services

A valued client of Innoquest consulting, a leading healthcare RCM services organization, is seeking a Associate Director - Talent Acquisition Manager for their Hyderabad location, working in UK shift.

Role Overview:

The Associate Director will manage a compact, high-impact recruitment team and support hiring across contact center and clinical RCM roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for assigned business units.

- Handle contact center hiring with an added responsibility of clinical RCM recruitment.

- Manage and develop a core team of 4-5 recruiters, with flexibility to scale as demand increases.

- Drive delivery against healthcare requirements and hiring SLAs.

- Partner closely with business stakeholders to forecast demand and manage hiring plans.

- Track and improve recruitment metrics including TAT, joins, quality, and sourcing mix.

- Support process improvements, governance, and best practices across hiring.

- Ensure recruiter capability building and consistent performance outcomes.

Key Skills & Capabilities:

- Strong experience in volume and niche hiring environments.

- Exposure to clinical RCM hiring preferred.

- Ability to work in fast-paced, delivery-driven recruitment setups.

- Hands-on leader with strong people and stakeholder management skills.
