Role Overview:
He/She- Talent Acquisition will lead end-to-end hiring for consulting functions, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition aligned with business growth. This role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven hiring decisions, and experience in fast-paced, matrix consulting environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for consulting business units (Strategy, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, Operations, Analytics, etc.).
2. Partner closely with Practice Heads and Leadership to understand workforce plans, build hiring strategies, and ensure timely execution.
3. Drive talent market intelligence, competitor mapping, and proactive pipelining for niche consulting skills.
4. Own delivery of hiring SLAs, operational recruitment metrics, and quarterly hiring targets.
5. Implement innovative sourcing strategies using digital tools and employer branding initiatives to attract top consulting talent.
6. Manage and mentor the TA team, ensuring consistent performance, capability development, and stakeholder alignment.
7. Collaborate with HRBPs & Finance teams for headcount planning and budget alignment. Lead campus hiring and lateral hiring programs for consulting roles.
8. Enhance recruitment processes with automation, analytics, and DE&I focus. Ensure compliance with hiring policies, data security, and audits.
9. Build strong external partnerships with recruitment vendors, universities, and consulting hiring networks.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. 15-20 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with minimum 10+ years in consulting hiring (Big4 / IT Consulting / Strategy & Management Consulting preferred).
2. Proven track record of scaling hiring in high-growth or large consulting setups. Demonstrated stakeholder management with CXO and Practice Leadership.
3. Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in ATS, hiring analytics dashboards, and reporting.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
5. Team management experience and the ability to lead multiple priorities.
