Role: Associate Director Talent Acquisition (High Volume /Niche hiring)

- Lead end-to-end(sourcing-onboarding) hiring.

- Manage and scale a team of 10+ recruiters, driving delivery and capability building

- Build hiring strategies for niche skills across Data Science, AI/ML, and Analytics.

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring roadmaps

- Drive strong sourcing through market mapping and passive talent engagement

- Ensure high-quality hiring with strong candidate and stakeholder experience

- Track and optimize hiring metrics for efficiency and outcomes

- 15 to 20 years of TA experience with deep exposure to data hiring

- Proven track record in managing high-volume and niche hiring mandates

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution skills
