Role Overview:
Were looking for a Supply Leader to build and scale a high-quality seller ecosystem for a fast-growing ecommerce platform. This role owns seller acquisition, onboarding, performance, and retention, while driving merchant KPIs that directly impact GMV, assortment depth, pricing competitiveness, and service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute seller acquisition strategy across categories and geographies
- Onboard, activate, and manage high-potential sellers, brands, and distributors
- Lead seller/account management team to improve performance and retention
- Own merchant KPIs: GMV contribution, fill rate, cancellations, catalog quality, pricing competitiveness, seller NPS, SLAs
- Ensure strong assortment depth and close supply gaps with category teams
- Build seller lifecycle programs: onboarding, activation, growth, engagement
- Partner with Product, Ops, Category, and Marketing for seller-led growth
- Use data and dashboards to monitor and improve seller performance at scale
What Were Looking For:
- 8 - 12 years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or supply/seller management roles
- Strong understanding of seller operations, marketplace metrics, and category dynamics
- Experience leading large seller/account management teams
- Data-driven, structured thinker with strong execution skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and scale processes in high-growth environments
