Associate Director - Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and lead end-to-end supply chain strategy including sourcing, planning, warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery

- Design and scale supply chain processes to support high-growth, tech-enabled operations

- Drive cost optimization, service level improvements, and operational excellence across the network

- Partner closely with Category, Finance, Product, and Tech teams to align supply chain capabilities with business goals

- Lead vendor and partner management, including negotiations and performance governance

- Build, mentor, and lead high-performing supply chain and operations teams

- Use data, analytics, and technology to enable forecasting accuracy, inventory optimization, and fulfillment efficiency

- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards

Qualifications & Experience:

- 12+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or logistics, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, retail, or B2B distribution

- Proven experience leading large, complex supply chain operations at scale

- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability

- Demonstrated success in cost control, process improvement, and operational scaling

- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
