Associate Director - Structured Finance - CMBS/RMBS - Team Handling 15+ Years - Pune

We are hiring a seasoned Structured Finance professional for a senior opportunity with a leading financial services organization. The role offers exposure to complex structured credit transactions, securitisation and credit risk analysis.

Responsibilities:

- Lead structured finance and structured credit assignments.

- Analyse securitisation transactions, transaction structures and cash-flow waterfalls.

- Evaluate credit risk, collateral performance, covenants and structural protections.

- Review financial models, assumptions and stress-testing scenarios.

- Drive analytical quality and provide guidance to team members.

- Partner with senior stakeholders across credit, risk and analytics.

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in Structured Finance, Structured Credit, Securitisation, Credit Research or Capital Markets.

- Strong understanding of structured credit products and transaction analysis.

- Strong financial modelling and cash-flow analysis skills.

- Experience in ABS/MBS/structured debt/securitised products will be preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

- Candidates based in or willing to work from Pune.

- Should have prior experience in managing and leading teams of 30+ professionals.
