Associate Director - Structured Finance Credit Rating - CA/CFA/IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

Position: Associate Director - Structured Finance Credit Rating (12-15 yrs)

Role :

- This position is a senior role as part of the Structured Finance Credit/Structured Finance Rating/Structured Obligations Ratings team.

- Ratings of Indian Structured Finance Transactions like ABS/ MBS/ RMBS/ CMBS/ Pool of Stresses Assets and Corporate Structured Obligation transactions

- The tean performs Credit Rating of new transactions and active surveillance and risk monitoring of existing transactions

- Author and publish reports on transactions and contribute to research and industry analysis

Requirements :

- MBAs (preferable from tier 1 institute) CAs/CFAs with 12-15 yrs of experience

- Knowledge of Credit risk as applied to Structured Finance domain for ABS/RMBS/CMBS, real estate debt issuances, corporate securitisations, corporate credit or experience in stressed assets

- Understanding of the securitisation markets, recourse and non-recourse based transactions and guarantees

- Ability to vet Transaction Documentation, liaise with legal firms and Issuers to understand key aspects of transactions to be rated

- Good excel based cash flow modelling skills

- Strong communication skills - ability to form an opinion and defend the rationale behind the opinion

- Good team handling and stakeholder manageent skills
