About the Role

We are looking for an experienced audit professional to join our India Assurance Practice as an Associate Director - Statutory Audit. The role involves managing large client portfolios, driving audit quality, leading teams, and strengthening client relationships. You will work closely with Partners to deliver high-quality assurance engagements and contribute to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage statutory audits for large Indian and multinational clients

- Ensure audit quality, compliance, and adherence to firm and regulatory standards

- Review audit documentation, risk assessments, and deliverables

- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXO-level client stakeholders

- Guide and mentor Managers and team members on technical and soft skills

- Drive engagement profitability, resource planning, and operational efficiency

- Support Partners in business development, proposals, and client pitches

- Stay updated on accounting standards (Ind AS, IFRS) and regulatory changes

Desired Profile

- CA with 9+ yrs of strong statutory audit and assurance background

- Deep understanding of Indian GAAP, Ind AS, IFRS, and Companies Act

- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale engagements

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Strong leadership, team management, and commercial acumen
