Associate Director - Statutory Audit - CA/CPA/ACCA

Job Description:

Role Summary:

Seeking a qualified CA/CPA/ACCA professional with 9-12 years of Big 4 audit/shared services experience to provide operational leadership and strategic support for the Audit Capability Hub (ACH). The role will drive people management, business operations, stakeholder engagement, process governance, and strategic initiatives while collaborating closely with US and GDC leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support ACH operations across multiple locations, including performance management, employee engagement, talent retention, and compliance initiatives.

- Coordinate with HR, Resource Management, L&D, Talent Acquisition, Audit Quality, and US stakeholders to achieve operational and financial goals.

- Drive process improvements, innovation, data analytics, and strategic projects.

- Manage leadership communications, meetings, action tracking, and stakeholder expectations.

- Support governance, change management, quality standards, and transformation programs.

Requirements:

- CA/CPA/ACCA with active membership.

- 9-12 years of post-qualification experience in Big 4 audit practice or shared service centers.

- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.

- Experience interacting confidently with senior leadership and US stakeholders.
