Key Responsibilities :
- Direct complex statutory audit engagements by providing strategic oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and firm methodologies.
- Lead and develop high-performing audit teams by providing technical guidance and performance feedback to foster professional growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage client expectations and stakeholder communication to ensure seamless audit execution and timely resolution of complex accounting issues.
- Drive the implementation of IFRS and local GAAP standards across engagements to ensure accurate and transparent financial reporting for global and domestic clients.
- Identify and mitigate business risks by performing detailed analytical reviews and providing value-added insights to client leadership.
- Collaborate with internal service lines and subject matter experts to deliver integrated assurance solutions that address evolving market challenges.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in Statutory Audit, IFRS, and Indian Accounting Standards, with a proven ability to interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements.
- Exhibit strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of managing large teams and navigating high-pressure client environments with poise and professional judgment.
- Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification, reflecting a solid foundation in financial reporting and assurance principles.
- Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to C-suite executives and board members, ensuring clarity and alignment on audit findings.
- Only Indian Practice Statutory Audit or consulting experience is needed.
