Associate Director - Sourcing

What You'll Do:

- Lead global sourcing and workforce planning strategies aligned with the Talent Acquisition COE's goals.

- Partner with senior stakeholders to define and execute sourcing initiatives that enable business growth.

- Oversee sourcing capacity and demand planning, ensuring global alignment.

- Identify and manage partnerships with vendors and sourcing partners.

- Drive process excellence through innovation, automation, and data-driven decision-making.

- Establish best practices, governance models, and sourcing frameworks across teams.

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sourcing teams focused on results and scalability.

What We're Looking For:

- 15+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with strong exposure to technology hiring.

- Proven success managing high-volume and niche hiring across multiple geographies.

- Experience in start-up ecosystems or high-growth environments preferred.

- Excellent understanding of emerging technologies and talent trends.

- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and project leadership skills.
