Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Growth:
- Research organizations and individuals to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Increase the value of current customers while proactively acquiring new clients.
- Identify, develop, and expand into new markets to drive overall sales growth.
- Secure additional work within existing engagements and uncover adjacent opportunities.
- Build and manage strong relationships with business teams and deal advisory professionals.
- Take a lead role in creating compelling new-business proposals and client presentations.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Maintain strong market connections to effectively sell Protiviti's services.
- Support business teams with proposal development, EOIs, and client-facing initiatives.
- Devise relevant insights, questions, and solutions to help clients meet evolving requirements.
- Present solutions, frameworks, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Identify customer needs, industry trends, and develop tailored sales strategies.
- Build and manage a robust short-, medium-, and long-term sales pipeline aligned with targets.
- Develop positioning and strategies for new venture integration and market entry.
- Assist in implementing marketing and go-to-market strategies; delegate tasks as needed to meet goals.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover new market and growth opportunities.
Key Skills & Desirables:
- Strong ability to deal with ambiguity and structure unorganized or unclear requirements.
- Goal-driven mindset focused on helping clients achieve their objectives.
- Excellent analytical, written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Creativity in data visualization, storytelling, and creating impactful client decks.
- Familiarity with visualization tools such as Power BI, QlikSense, or Tableau (preferred).
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA / PGDBM from a reputed Indian or international institution.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in:
- Strategy consulting
- Corporate strategy / business development roles
- Deal advisory or similar commercial functions
- Experience or exposure to Internal Auditing and Financial Advisory is an added advantage.
- Proven experience in solution and services sales, with demonstrable market connect
