Role Summary :

Description : - Minimum of 9 -12 years of experience in financial services consulting, with a focus on banking and NBFC sectors.
- Proven track record in management consulting, including cost optimization, digital transformation, and operational efficiency projects.
- Strong domain expertise in financial services, particularly in banking and NBFCs.
- Experience in leading client accounts and consulting engagements, delivering strategic and operational solutions.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and consulting toolkit, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
