Description :

- Minimum of 9 -12 years of experience in financial services consulting, with a focus on banking and NBFC sectors.

- Proven track record in management consulting, including cost optimization, digital transformation, and operational efficiency projects.

- Strong domain expertise in financial services, particularly in banking and NBFCs.

- Experience in leading client accounts and consulting engagements, delivering strategic and operational solutions.

- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and consulting toolkit, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage financial services consulting projects for banking and NBFC clients, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- Develop and implement cost reduction and operational efficiency programs to improve client profitability.

- Design sales effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives to drive business growth.

- Re-imagine digital customer journeys and operational models to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

- Deliver strategic solutions using first-principles thinking and ensure measurable business outcomes.

- Manage and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to client leadership teams.

- Guide workstreams and teams in high-paced consulting environments, ensuring successful project delivery.
