We are looking for an accomplished Financial Institutions (FIG) professional with strong relationships across the banking and financial services ecosystem to join a leading international banking institution.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned banking professional to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships and work across a diverse portfolio of Financial Institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with Banks, Mutual Funds, Asset Management Companies, Insurance Companies and Brokerage Houses.

- Originate and drive Loan, Bond, Syndicated Finance and Debt Capital Markets business.

- Develop bilateral trade finance, guarantees and counter-guarantee business.

- Secure underwriting mandates and identify new business opportunities across Financial Institutions.

- Build and expand investor networks for trade asset distribution.

- Drive correspondent banking relationships and cross-selling opportunities across treasury, custody, wealth management and capital market products.

- Manage FI credit limits, credit assessments and periodic reviews.

- Coordinate KYC, due diligence, nostro/custodian relationships and ISDA/CSA agreements.

- Collaborate with regional and global teams to identify business opportunities and deliver strategic objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in Financial Institutions / Correspondent Banking.

- Strong understanding of FI products, including Trade Finance, Debt Capital Markets, Syndicated Loans and Treasury.

- Established relationships and access to senior decision-makers across Banks and Financial Institutions.

- Proven track record in business origination, relationship management and revenue generation.

- Sound understanding of credit analysis and financial assessment.

- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proactive, commercially driven and relationship-oriented professional.
