Hiring Associate Director - Scrum Master for Gurgaon Location.

Job Description:

1. Team Engagement/Project Execution:

- Conduct and facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and other agile events.

- Identify and proactively address any roadblocks that hinder team's progress. Work with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.

- Mentor/coach individuals, teams, and leadership on SAFe principles, practices and values.

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to team members to drive high performance.

- Provide guidance and support to Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Managers, Technology Architects etc.

- Monitor sprint progress, identify potential risks, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

2. Product/Project Roadmap & Lifecycle:

- Collaborate with Product Manager/Product Owners to define, refine, and manage the product development roadmap & lifecycle.

- Help prioritize product features based on business impact, risk, and dependencies.

- Participate in release planning activities, ensuring alignment with product roadmap and business objectives.

3. Continuous Improvement:

- Continuously assess and improve team's processes and practices. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team's effectiveness.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAFe/Agile methodologies, tools, and best practices.

- Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various SAFe topics including SAFe Agilist, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager etc..

4. Reporting & Communication:

- Help establish and monitor Lean-Agile metrics to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.

- Establish effective reporting & status updates for both internal & executive stakeholders

- Foster open and transparent communication within the team and with stakeholders

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

Work Experience:

- 11+ years of experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master with strong focus on SAFe, preferably within an AI/ML or software development context.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and other frameworks.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams, preferably in a global or multi-disciplinary environment.

- Understanding of AI/ML technologies, including Gen AI, Deep Learning, Neural Networks is a plus.

- Certified SAFe Program Consultant, Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certifications are a plus.

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and senior stakeholders.

- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills.

- Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and ability to promote continuous improvement culture.

- Proficiency in Scrum/Agile development methodologies and experience in leading Agile product teams.

- Proficiency in using project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar).
