Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Associate Director to lead and scale our recruitment operations within the Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Hospitality sectors. This is a senior leadership role that combines strategic business development, team leadership, and hands-on recruitment expertise. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in premier recruitment agencies or executive search firms and a strong domain knowledge in the specified sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through trust and exceptional service.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements aligned with company goals and client needs.
- Drive revenue growth by expanding the client base within Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Hospitality domains.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
- Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous learning to keep the team updated with market trends and recruitment best practices.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior and critical roles within key sectors.
- Use advanced sourcing techniques, market intelligence, and global networks to attract top talent.
- Ensure the recruitment process is smooth, transparent, and aligned with client expectations.
- Maintain high standards of candidate experience and confidentiality.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and talent needs.
- Provide strategic insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.
- Manage client expectations proactively, ensuring delivery excellence and satisfaction.
5. Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Contribute to the formulation of business strategies and recruitment practices that support organizational growth.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to achieve company objectives and enhance market positioning.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 10 to 12+ years in recruitment, preferably with top-tier local or international recruitment agencies, executive search firms, or consultancies.
- Domain Expertise: Proven recruitment experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.
Skills:
- Strong business development and client management capabilities.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with an ability to execute and deliver results.
- Proficient in using ATS, CRM systems, and MS Office suite.
