We are currently hiring for the positionofAssociateDirector-Enterprise sales-SAAS B2B with one of the Ecommerce Fintech organization @ Mumbai.

Experience Required:

- 8+ years of experience in the Enterprise sales role in fintech/ SAAS or e-commerce companies

- Should have a proven track of building and scaling successful teams

- Should have a proven track record of scaling 0-1 and 1-10 in sales/ growth traction

- Should have onboarded and nurtured very large scaled enterprise accounts with commensurate revenue/ sales velocity

- Proven Track Record of Demonstrated success in securing high-value partnerships and driving significant revenue growth

- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and decision-makers.

- Good understanding of sales qualification and prospecting best practices such as BANT, MEDDIC and/or Sanders Method are good to have

- Ability to secure productive face to face meetings with the extent decision making unit at the client organization to create a strong influence on the decision making process

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partnerships Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships with corporate clients, large enterprises, and e-commerce companies

- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth, aiming to generate opportunities.

- Corporate Relationship Management: Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with key decision-makers in target industries to promote Snapmint's product

- Product Advocacy: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Snapmint to prospective partners

- Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and successful execution of partnership initiatives.


- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential partnership opportunities to stay ahead in the fintech landscape.

- Achieve/exceed set targets in successful prospecting of CXO/Founder level people in D2C & Offline brands Understand the market and produce the USP's of the in house products that are developed.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on both sides with curated approach to Decision Maker, Influencer, Gate Keepers and Champion in the deal funnel
