About the Opportunity:
- The Associate Director - Sales India will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing innovative sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building a high-performing national sales organization.

Role Expectations:
- Achieve country-level sales objectives and cash flow targets while driving sustainable business growth.
- Define and execute strategic direction, including market insights and segmentation, to ensure effective resource deployment.
- Establish and optimize sales planning, forecasting, and business execution processes aligned with long-term objectives.
- Ensure seamless coordination and integration of sales resources, fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-caliber sales organization through effective hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management, with a focus on upskilling team members new to the industry.
- Contribute to long-term business strategy and represent the organization in internal forums and leadership discussions.
- Champion and enforce compliance standards across the sales organization.
What Were Looking For:
- A full-time MBA, preferably in Marketing or Business Management, from a reputed institution
- 12+ years of relevant experience in the MedTech, Capital Equipment, or Medical Devices industry.
- Strong communication, leadership, and business management skills.
