Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Associate Director of Sales with proven leadership experience in the luxury retail or hospitality sector to drive strategic sales initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and manage a curated portfolio of 3040 top-tier influencers and industry partners. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in deepening client engagement, expanding brand presence, and delivering exceptional experiences that align with the prestige of our brand.

This role demands maturity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to integrate seamlessly into established leadership, complementing the existing team dynamic while bringing fresh energy and value.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership:

- Develop, execute, and monitor sales strategies tailored to the luxury market segment.

- Identify growth opportunities and design bespoke client engagement initiatives to drive revenue and brand equity.

High-Value Relationship Management:

- Cultivate and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with 3040 elite influencers, HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals), and strategic partners.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and elevated customer experiences in all touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of account managers to deliver on sales targets and service excellence.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, discretion, and client-first mindset.

Market Intelligence & Positioning:

- Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and market shifts to adapt sales approaches.

- Represent the brand at luxury events, networking forums, and private gatherings to strengthen brand influence.

Operational Excellence:

- Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking for informed decision-making.

- Uphold compliance with brand standards and operational protocols.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 1520 years in luxury retail, hospitality, or related high-end service industries.

- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in leading sales teams, managing elite client portfolios, and delivering sustained revenue growth.

- Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of luxury consumer behavior, brand positioning, and high-touch client servicing.

- Leadership Style: Mature, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent; able to integrate into an established leadership structure without disrupting team cohesion.

- Relationship Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes, relationship-driven sales.

Personal Profile:

- From a reputable family/business background or has risen through merit with a history of excellence.

- Socially confident with the ability to engage in sophisticated, non-transactional conversations.

- Motivated by long-term reputation building in the luxury space, not solely financial gain.

Preferred Qualifications

- MBA or equivalent degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

- Exposure to ultra-luxury segments (hospitality, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands).

- Established network within the Indian luxury ecosystem.
