The Role
As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will work as the #2 to the Director of Sales, managing a team of account managers and developing strong relationships with a curated network of 30-40 top influencers.
This role requires maturity, humility, and strong team orientation.
You will complement existing leadership, earn trust, and position yourself as a valuable partner who strengthens-not disrupts-the existing dynamic.
You will play a pivotal role in deepening relationships, converting them into business opportunities, and delivering the exceptional service that defines our brand.
This is not a typical sales role but a relationship leadership position where your ability to manage human dynamics and inspire confidence will determine success.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with a curated group of architects, interior designers, PMC firms, and HNIs to generate referrals and business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of account managers to deliver high-touch service and exceed targets.
- Integrate seamlessly within existing city teams, respecting their journey and accomplishments while adding value as a supportive partner.
- Strategically expand our influencer network to build the next layer of 30-40 key relationships driving sustained business growth.
- Act as a bridge between influencers and their HNI clients, ensuring seamless communication, managing expectations, and resolving issues with tact and discretion.
- Represent the brand with refinement and confidence-hosting casual lunches, dinners, or drinks with influencers to strengthen professional bonds.
- Stay attuned to trends in luxury interiors and the evolving needs of high-net-worth clientele.
Who We're Looking For
- 18-25 years of professional experience in roles requiring strong relationship management and team leadership.
- Maturity and a selfless, team-first mindset with emotional intelligence to integrate into strong existing teams without disrupting dynamics.
- Ability to navigate high-stakes relationships with grace and build deep trust with influencers and their clients.
- Either from a strong family/business background or someone who has risen through the ranks through hard work and competence.
- A hunger to succeed-not just for monetary rewards but to build a respected name in the luxury segment.
- Social confidence to engage in high-quality interactions that go beyond transactions.
