This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, mentoring sales staff, and implementing strategic sales initiatives to meet property goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

1. Assist in developing and executing segment-specific sales strategies.

2. Support the achievement of property revenue goals and segment targets.

3. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Client Relationship Management

1. Manage select key accounts and build long-term client relationships.

2. Conduct site inspections and hotel tours for potential clients.

3. Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability.

Collaboration & Coordination

1. Work closely with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams.

2. Coordinate with off-property sales channels to ensure aligned efforts.

Reporting & Analysis

1. Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and call logs.

2. Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.

The position is based out of our Delhi Corporate office managing Amritsar region.
