Associate Director - Sales - Equipment Leasing Industry

We are hiring for ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR roles for a client in equipment leasing industry.

Responsibilities:

- Originate, manage, and grow client relationships with mid-market corporates (- 200 to 4000 Cr annual turnover)

- Lead the deal lifecycle - including structuring, negotiation, and closure

- Develop and expand the client base in assigned geography

- Support in building and mentoring city/regional teams as required

- Drive pipeline growth and ensure consistent revenue contribution.

What we are looking for?

- Minimum 8 years of experience in the financing sector (direct debt or leasing)

- Proven expertise in structured finance / leasing solutions

- Strong relationship network with mid-market corporates and industry stakeholders

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned markets

- High professional integrity and clarity of communication.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

- Established client base with proven deal origination history

- Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or reputed financial institutions

- Track record of building new markets or setting up teams
