Key Responsibilities: - Drive business development and revenue growth across Open and AMP Programmes (B2B & B2C). - Lead digital marketing and lead generation, optimizing campaigns for quality, volume, and ROI. - Collaborate with research centers for programme design and curriculum enhancements. - Oversee annual planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting. - Improve lead-to-enrollment conversions and participant experience. - Champion Salesforce CRM adoption and digital transformation projects. - Build strong relationships with clients, partners, alumni, faculty, and industry associations. - Lead and mentor a team of managers to achieve business goals.
