Title : Associate Director - Sales & Collections ( Retail Lending / B2C Lending / Automotive Retail Lending) - NBFC / Fintech / Financial Services

Location : Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The Individual will be interacting with Dealers in the EV sector ecosystem on a daily basis

- Retail Lending & Collections

- Manage a Multi Layered Sales & Collection Setup to Target Dealers Selling Commercial EV Vehicles.

- Good Understanding of Retail Lending & Collections

- 360-degree role involving cross functional collaboration in building SOPs, driving automation and new products structuring.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills:

- PG / MBA with 8 to 15 years of experience in a NBFC / Fintech into Retail Lending & Collections (B2C Sales).

- Understanding & Experience of Managing a Multi Layered Sales & Collection Environment.

- Excellent stakeholder/people management skills (both internal and external)

- Superb communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build, scale and improve processes

- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment

- Demonstrated ability to think creatively, propose novel solutions, and solve complex challenges.
