Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales & Business Development professional to lead the growth of Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO) services. The ideal candidate will have experience in client acquisition, solutioning, proposal development, and account growth within the outsourcing or shared services domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development initiatives for F&A outsourcing services across North India
- Build and manage strong relationships with CXO-level clients and internal stakeholders
- Execute the finalized GTM strategy for key target clients and industries
- Identify, qualify, and respond to RFPs/RFIs and new business opportunities
- Coordinate with solution experts and delivery teams to create tailored proposals
- Cross-sell additional services and technology-enabled solutions to existing clients
- Manage full sales cycle including commercial discussions and negotiation
- Maintain and report sales pipeline, conversions, and key client metrics
- Ensure successful transition of new accounts to delivery teams
- Act as the first point of contact for client escalations and new mandates
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in selling Finance & Accounting Outsourcing services
- Experience in multi-country Taxation, Payroll, Compliance, and GAAP
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
- Hands-on experience in preparing pricing models and RFP responses
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ownership of P&L at account or vertical level is an added advantage
