Associate Director - Revenue Management - Strategic Office

Title : Associate Director (Revenue management)

Team : IC + Team management (depending on need)

Reporting To : VP Finance, to work closely with CFO & Leadership Office

Background : Industry roles with ops + analytics exposure, BPO/KPO or Consulting (preferred), IT/ITES services

Education : Postgraduate (MBA in Finance preferred) with Strong academic pedigree (Tier 1 / Tier 2/ Tier 3 institutions)

i. Strong business & financial acumen,

iii. PMO + governance expertise,

iv. Stakeholder management (CXO-level exposure)

v. Ability to manage ambiguity and multiple priorities

Ideal Fit :

- Someone from consulting or transformation roles, Experience in org PMO, business analytics, and ops governance, is comfortable working directly with CFO/CEO office

Purpose of the Role :

- Drive business transformation, operational rigor, and cash performance across India & PH operations, working closely with leadership on high-impact priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

i. Operations Oversight for India & Philippines operations

ii. Step into critical, high-priority business issues like :

- Business & Cash Collections

1. Drive revenue realization and cash flow improvements

2. Track and act on collection performance

- Scale Readiness

1. Build processes for scale and efficiency

2. Identify gaps and enable future growth

- Business Impact Delivery

iii. Own and deliver measurable business outcomes

iv. Focus on high-impact initiatives

v. Action Orientation, identify signals early, & pick up actionable insights

vi. Drive closure with speed

vii. Business Analytics (CFO Office) is a mandate; Act as a Business Analyst attached to CFO & leadership

viii. Translate data into decisions

Governance & Reporting :

i. Publish weekly reports (Top 10 priorities + key risks)

ii. Ensure strong governance cadence

iii. Risk Identification

iv. Proactively flag and mitigate business risks

Cross-functional PMO : Manage multiple initiatives across COEs
