Associate - Marketing & PR (Global Role)

Location: Bangalore | CTC: ~25 LPA + Bonus

Vibha is a global non-profit working to create scalable solutions for underprivileged children through partnerships with grassroots organizations across education, health, and community development.

We are looking for an Associate - Marketing & PR to help strengthen Vibha's global brand presence, digital outreach, and media visibility. This role suits a marketing professional who enjoys storytelling, digital growth, PR outreach, and purpose-driven work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute global marketing and brand initiatives

- Manage social media platforms, digital campaigns, and website updates

- Drive PR outreach, media relations, and press coverage

- Develop impact-driven content, blogs, and storytelling

- Support volunteer and donor engagement campaigns

- Manage a small team of 2-3 members and collaborate with global teams

Ideal Candidate:

- 8+ years experience in Marketing / PR / Communications / Digital Marketing

- Prior experience working with NGOs / social impact organizations preferred

- Strong content writing, storytelling & media pitching skills

- Experience with social media, analytics, and digital campaigns

- Exposure to PR, media relations, or agency coordination is a plus

- Passion for social impact and purpose-driven work
