The Role:

You will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

- Should have influencing and advisory skills.

- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.

- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

- Mentor junior professionals in application development best practices.

Skills Required:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management.

Program and Project Management Expertise:

- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs using structured methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.

Application Development Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of application development life cycle (SDLC), system integration, deployment processes, and maintenance practices.

Project Planning & Execution:

- Proficient in planning, monitoring, and delivering projects on-time, within scope and budget while meeting business objectives.

Project Management Tools:

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Clarity PPM, or Smartsheet for scheduling, resource tracking, risk management, and reporting.

Stakeholder Management:

- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with CXOs, business users, product owners, development teams, and other stakeholders.

- Skilled at managing client expectations, conflict resolution, and influencing decisions across business units.

Leadership & Governance:

- Demonstrated capability in managing program governance, risk assessment, and establishing control mechanisms across multiple teams or business areas.

- Strong people management and mentoring capabilities, especially in handling diverse, global teams and offshore delivery models.

Financial Management:

- Experience in creating and managing budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting across large engagements.

Quality & Compliance:

- Understanding of QA methodologies, compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) and ensuring program-level deliverables adhere to quality metrics.

Qualifications & Experience:

- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Program Project Management.

- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
