Role Overview: - As the Associate Director - Product Management (Platform), you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our platform products-the backbone that powers our suite of consumer and business solutions. - You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with engineering, design, data, and compliance teams to build a robust, scalable, and secure platform. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring our platform can support rapid growth and evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Vision & Roadmap: - Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for the platform, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and technological trends. - Prioritize platform initiatives based on business impact, technical feasibility, and market trends. Cross-Functional Leadership: - Collaborate with engineering, design, data, compliance, and other key stakeholders to design, build, and evolve a platform that serves both internal teams and external partners. - Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical challenges into actionable business strategies. Product Development & Execution: - Oversee the entire product lifecycle-from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous improvement. - Manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features and enhancements that improve platform performance, scalability, and security. Metrics & Continuous Improvement: - Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess platform performance, user satisfaction, and business impact. - Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive iterative improvements. Required Qualifications: Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. - Advanced degree (MBA, M.Tech, etc.) is preferred. Experience: - 10+ years of product management experience with a focus on building technology platforms, B2B SaaS products, or complex infrastructure systems. - Demonstrated experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fintech or technology-driven organization. - Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles and delivering scalable, secure platforms that support multiple products or business lines.
