Associate Director - Consumer fintech About client : A well-known fintech startup Role: Associate Director - Product Management (Consumer) Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy and Roadmap: - Develop a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals, focusing on cloud SaaS and data visualization solutions. - Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and capabilities that align with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives. - Create a clear and achievable product roadmap that drives innovation and sustainable growth. - Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product strategy. Customer-Centric Approach : - Deeply understand customer needs and pain points related to cloud SaaS and data visualization. - Leverage customer feedback, market research, and user data to iterate on existing products and develop new solutions that meet customer expectations. - Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, potential partnerships, and areas for differentiation. Product Development and Execution: - Collaborate closely with design and engineering teams to translate product vision into actionable development plans. - Drive the product development process from concept to release, ensuring high-quality, user-friendly, and scalable solutions. Data-Driven Decision Making: - Utilize data analytics and insights to make informed product decisions and drive continuous improvement. - Monitor product metrics and performance indicators to assess the success of product initiatives and iterate as needed. Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred). - Must have 8+ years in product management with 3 + years of team management - Must have experience building cloud SaaS and/or data visualization products. - Must have experience building software products for Indian and International customers. - Good to have (not required) Finance/Compliance experience (professional or academic) - Strong experience in leading and developing high-performing cross-functional product teams. - Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.
