Key Responsibilities:
- Define and own product roadmaps and strategic direction across multiple product areas.
- Drive alignment between business goals and product execution.
- Identify growth opportunities and prioritize product initiatives accordingly.
- Leverage analytics, user research, and market insights to guide product decisions.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous experimentation and learning
- Anticipate market trends, evolving user needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation.
- Champion a customer-first mindset across product decisions to deliver delightful and intuitive user experiences.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, data, marketing, and business teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
- Communicate product vision and updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
Qualifications:
- 13+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in leading/managing other product managers.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios in fast-paced B2C environments.
- Deep experience in data-informed product development, A/B testing, and experimentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
