Associate Director - Procurement Transformation - Source To Pay

Role Overview:

Lead end-to-end transformation programs focused on Source-to-Pay (S2P), including design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and implementation across platforms like Coupa, Ariba, Fieldglass, Ivalua, Zycus, GEP, and Jaggaer. Drive procurement excellence through process standardization, change support, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver full-cycle S2P implementations: lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, training, and deployment across geographies.

- Guide roles including Project Manager, Functional Design Lead, and Change Management support within transformation projects.

- Mentor and develop talent, fostering recruitment, retention, and internal capability building.

- Stay current on procurement trends, driving innovation and best practice sharing internally.

- Support business development through client relationships and opportunity identification.

Essential Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience in S2P tool implementation and/or ERP-integrated procurement systems.

- Deep understanding of procurement operations, spend management, and sourcing-to-payment workflows.

- Expert in documenting process flows, configuration workbooks, and testing strategies.

- Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder communication, and presentation capabilities.

- ERP integration experience is a plus.

Qualifications:

- MBA, PGDM, or equivalent; B.E./B.Tech from a reputed institute a plus.

- Certifications in S2P platforms or digital procurement transformation preferred.
