Individual Producer Role (Senior private banker with 10+ years of relevant experience)
Incumbents expecting a Team Leader role should have proven experience of managing tem and self AUM, Client base and have 5 member team to join along
Target Fixed Pay - 75 Lakhs - 100 Lakhs + Performance Bonus
(Subject to current AUM, Client Relationships, Ability & Acquire to move clients to our platform, Business plan which projects clear objective of achievement as per Goals agreed in discussion with hiring manager
- Should have minimum 5+ years of experience in Wealth Management Sales role with Bank or NBFC Wealth Management company
- Proven record of consistent performance in revenue achievement and client acquisition of HNI, UHNI Clients Segments with over 5 Crore net worth
- New to Firm Client Acquisition, Revenue Generation
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients. Understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences.
- Financial Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to identify clients' short-term and long-term goals, as well as potential risks.
- Portfolio Development: Develop personalized investment strategies and portfolios tailored to each client's unique financial situation and objectives.
- Wealth Preservation: Advise clients on strategies to protect and preserve their wealth, including tax planning, estate planning, and risk management.
- Market Research: Stay informed about financial markets, economic trends, and investment products to provide informed and up-to-date advice to clients.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of a wide range of financial products and services, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, alternative investments, Estate, Succession, Will planning & Trust Services and more.
- Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of client portfolios, make necessary adjustments, and provide regular updates and reports to clients.
- Prospecting: Identify and pursue new high-net-worth clients through networking, referrals, and other sales and marketing strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other members of the wealth management team, including financial planners, estate planning specialists, Service & Operations support and tax advisors, to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
