Role Summary:
The Associate Director Pricing will lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for large, complex, and multi-geo BPO deals.
This role is responsible for pricing governance, strategic deal shaping, margin optimization, and executive-level deal approvals.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and play a key role in winning and scaling strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Pricing Leadership:
- Own pricing strategy for large-scale, multi-tower, and multi-geography BPO deals (Offshore, Onshore, Nearshore).
- Drive deal shaping, scenario modeling, and margin optimization for strategic and long-term contracts.
- Evaluate non-standard and transformational pricing models (outcome-based, gain-share, hybrid commercials).
Financial Solutioning & Governance:
- Oversee development of complex, multi-year pricing models with sensitivity and scenario analysis.
- Review and approve pricing assumptions, cost drivers, and risk buffers for large pursuits.
- Ensure adherence to internal pricing governance, approvals, and margin thresholds.
Executive Stakeholder Management:
- Lead deal reviews and present commercial recommendations to CFO, CEO, and Board-level stakeholders.
- Influence sales and operations leadership on pricing trade-offs, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Support contract negotiations with enterprise clients and procurement teams.
Risk & Market Intelligence:
- Identify and mitigate risks related to FX, inflation/COLA, regulatory changes, SLA penalties, and volume volatility.
- Track market pricing trends, competitor benchmarks, and emerging commercial models in the BPO industry.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor pricing managers and analysts; build pricing capability and best practices.
- Drive standardization of pricing tools, templates, and commercial frameworks.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Deep expertise in BPO pricing and commercial deal structuring.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling (multi-year, multi-scenario models).
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, productivity levers, and cost drivers.
- Executive-level communication and commercial negotiation skills
