Associate Director - Performance Marketing

Join one of India's leading multi-disciplinary universities in Pune, known for its strong legacy, large student base, and industry-aligned academic ecosystem. We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing leader who can scale digital acquisition across undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional programs. He/She will also be responsible for the expansion of a new project in another state.

- Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across paid channels

- Build and optimise multi-channel funnels for lead generation and conversions

- Work closely with admissions, content, and brand teams to drive campaign effectiveness

- Use data, analytics, and automation tools to continuously improve outcomes

- Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders

- The ideal candidate brings strong exposure to the higher-education space and demonstrates the -capability to lead the function independently in 1-2 years
