People Success Partner (HRBP) - Global Excellence (GE)

Locations: Bangalore

Position: Associate Director | Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 13-17 years

People from Bangalore only need to apply

Why Global Excellence (GE):

Global Excellence (GE) practice helps enterprises build and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs) end-to-end from Design & Discovery to Build, Scale, and Run.

In GE, you dont work in silos. You:

- Own complex, end-to-end client journeys

- Work across GCC advisory, managed services, and BOT / outsourcing models

- Influence leadership decisions that shape long-term talent and operating strategies

This is where strategy meets execution and where talent plays a defining role.

About the Role:

As People Success Partner (HRBP) Associate Director / Director, you will lead the full spectrum of people strategy and execution for a large, high-velocity operations center (1000+ employee scale). This role is designed for a strategic, results-oriented HR leader who can independently drive people interventions that accelerate talent development, strengthen culture, and enable scalable operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, use analytics to guide workforce decisions, and drive measurable outcomes across engagement, attrition, productivity, capability building, and compliance.

What Youll Do:

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Integrate people strategy with business priorities to optimize talent outcomes and operational efficiency.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership; align talent strategy with business objectives.

- Anticipate scale needs and drive organization-wide people interventions for long-term readiness.

People Experience & Culture:

- Monitor employee sentiment using structured and ongoing mechanisms (pulse surveys, HealthChecks, exit insights).

- Design and run employee engagement programs that reinforce a collaborative, high-performance culture.

- Counsel leaders on engagement best practices, recognition frameworks, and culture reinforcement initiatives.

Talent Optimization & Analytics:

- Leverage HR analytics to drive workforce planning and talent decisions.

- Build and communicate decision-ready dashboards that enable executive-level decisions.

- Drive outcomes such as reduced attrition, improved productivity, and higher employee satisfaction.

Performance Excellence & Learning Development:

- Partner with leadership to strengthen performance management systems and continuous feedback rhythms.

- Champion talent assessments and targeted learning interventions to close skill gaps.

- Enable professional growth and performance uplift through manager coaching and capability programs.

Compensation & Benefits Strategy:

- Support strategic compensation reviews using external benchmarks and internal analytics.

- Drive initiatives that link rewards clearly to performance and organizational impact.

- Strengthen pay competitiveness and retention outcomes through data-backed recommendations.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

- Handle complex employee relations matters with maturity, discretion, and consistent documentation discipline.

- Maintain strong understanding of HR compliance; proactively strengthen risk management and policy adherence.

- Protect culture and integrity through fair, firm, and people-first resolution approaches.

What You Bring:

Qualifications & Experience:

- Extensive HR Business Partnering experience in large, complex, high-volume operations environments.

- Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and driving strategic people initiatives at scale.

- Strong exposure to fast-paced environments experiencing growth, change, and operational scaling.

Key Skills:

- Strategic influence: credible advisory presence with senior leaders; shapes decisions, not just execution.

- Operational excellence: balances strategic programs with day-to-day execution rigor and closure discipline.

- Analytical strength: converts HR data into actionable insights and outcome-driven interventions.

- Culture leadership: builds programs leaders adopt and sustain; strengthens engagement and employee experience.

- Change leadership: guides teams through transformation with strong communication and adoption discipline.

- High ownership, responsiveness, and ability to operate independently across stakeholder-heavy environments.

What Success Looks Like Global Excellence (GE):

- Measurable improvement across attrition, engagement, productivity, and satisfaction through insight-led interventions.

- Leaders experience HR as a strategic partner that brings clarity, structure, and high-impact execution.

- Strong culture and recognition rhythms that are visible, consistent, and adopted across the center.

- Performance and capability-building systems run predictably with strong participation and outcomes.

- Employee relations and compliance remain strong with mature handling, clean documentation, and minimal escalations.

If you enjoy driving large-scale people outcomes, influencing senior leaders with data-backed judgment, and building a high-performance culture that enables operational excellence this role offers both impact and growth.
