Job Summary: As the Oracle HCM Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Oracle HCM system. You will lead a team of Oracle HCM specialists, collaborate with HR and IT teams, and ensure that our HCM processes align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive HR technology initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Oracle HCM specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. - Develop and execute a comprehensive Oracle HCM strategy in alignment with the organization's HR and business goals. - Oversee the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and Benefits. - Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify and address HCM system integration and customization needs. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the Oracle HCM system. - Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to resolve complex HR system-related issues. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and Oracle HCM updates to recommend and implement best practices. - Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements related to Oracle HCM services. - Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and user adoption of Oracle HCM updates and changes. - Develop and maintain HCM documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials. - Participate in budget planning and resource allocation for HCM technology projects. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to HCM system usage and effectiveness. - Collaborate with HR leadership to support talent management initiatives, workforce planning, and HR analytics using Oracle HCM data. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and other relevant laws. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree is a plus. - Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. - Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred. - Strong knowledge of HR processes, best practices, and compliance requirements. - Excellent leadership and team management skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. - Project management experience and proficiency in project management tools. - Problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. - Results-oriented with a focus on delivering value to the organization. - Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations. - Continuous learning mindset to stay current with Oracle HCM updates and trends.
