Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Lead to join as an Associate Director, responsible for driving solution architecture, technical delivery, and innovation across Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, and HCM technical components, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage high-performing teams in a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects.

- Architect scalable, secure, and performance-optimized solutions using Oracle Integration

Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, FBDI, BIP, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Provide guidance on PaaS extensions and custom development using Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS), ADF, or other tools.

- Define technical strategy, design standards, and governance frameworks across all Oracle Fusion modules (ERP, SCM, HCM, etc.).

- Collaborate with functional teams, project managers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Lead a team of Fusion technical consultants and developers; mentor and build strong technical teams.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the Oracle Fusion technical landscape.

- Engage in pre-sales and proposal development, including technical solutioning and estimation.

- Ensure quality assurance and compliance with security, coding, and data standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 1318 years of experience in Oracle ERP technical roles, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

- Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BIP, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, ESS Jobs, and data migration strategies.

- Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs, VBCS, and other Oracle PaaS tools.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data model and table structures.

- Proven experience in leading technical delivery teams and managing large-scale Oracle Cloud projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Oracle certifications (OIC, Fusion Cloud Technical, etc.) are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in managing global teams and working with offshore/onshore models.

- Prior experience with Agile/DevOps delivery in Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Exposure to other Oracle products (e.g., E-Business Suite, JD Edwards, NetSuite) is a plus.
