Associate Director - Operations

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior operations leader to drive performance across the East Zone, managing a large and complex logistics and fulfillment network. This role will be responsible for strengthening operational efficiency, expanding infrastructure, and ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple sites.

The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on scaling operations in a high-demand environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage zonal operations across warehouses, fulfillment centers, and distribution hubs in the East region

- Drive capacity planning and infrastructure expansion to support business growth

- Ensure operational stability across sites with a focus on turnaround times, accuracy, and cost efficiency

- Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to improve productivity and throughput

- Partner with central teams to refine network strategy and enhance regional performance

- Introduce and standardize best practices across facilities to ensure consistency in execution

- Monitor key performance indicators and take corrective actions to meet service level targets

- Oversee financial performance, including cost controls, budgeting, and operational efficiency

- Build and manage large teams across multiple locations, ensuring strong leadership at all levels

- Strengthen people practices including training, retention, and workforce engagement

Requirements:

- Experience in Warehouse Operations and handling multiple warehouses

- Currently working in E-commerce, Quick-commerce, Retail or Logistics
