About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Operations Leader to drive marketplace growth, operational excellence, seller ecosystem management and cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead marketplace strategy and overall operations.

- Drive seller management, onboarding, cataloguing and quality governance.

- Manage and strengthen the seller ecosystem to support marketplace growth.

- Optimize marketplace processes, productivity and time-to-market.

- Identify operational improvement opportunities and drive effective execution.

- Manage vendors and senior stakeholders to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

- Track key marketplace KPIs and identify opportunities to improve business performance.

- Drive initiatives focused on revenue growth and operational excellence.

- Lead, mentor and develop the marketplace operations team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketplace initiatives effectively.

Key Requirements:

- 10-15 years of experience in Marketplace/E-commerce Operations.

- Experience in scaling high-growth marketplace businesses.

- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and seller management.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Proven leadership and team management experience.

- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
